Overview

Flowbuilder providing information based on the content like Keyword Reply but we provide in flow-design user interface. You can access by go to Chatbot -> Flowbuilder.

Flowbuilder just can provide static content based on their data, and they will be sent if your customer or client request the exact same keyword of the content. They good at reserving basic information like FAQ, User Guide Line, etc.
