Widget Setting
You can set some setting on those widget on bottom right content.
Auto Open Widget On
To define how chat widget will be opened on your website.
- Instant Open -> Widget will always be opened.
- Delay Time -> Set delay time in second(s) to open the chat widget.
- Page Scroll -> Widget will be opened when you scroll the page.
Show Widget
Choosing platform type to showing the widget.
Open in New Tab
Widget will be opened in new tab if this setting enabled.
Widget Status
You can set widget status by selecting Status option.
- Published -> Widget published, user will be redirected if they interact with widget.
- Draft -> Widget saved as draft, and not published.
