Direct

Choose Direct on content type selection.
Queue Session Limit
When too many direct chat request from requester, it will be queued by limit set above. After previous session closed then the new session will be created with queued requester.
Close Trigger Keywords
Keywords will determine if operator want to close session manually (not by idle).
Close On Idle
Chat session will be closed after minutes set, if requester no response or idle.
Operator End Hour Tolerance
Any request in minutes above will not be forwarded if work hour operator will be finished. Emptying value will disabling this feature.
Assigning Operator
You can assign operator that will be available to answer requester based on this reply by clicking View Operators button on right of the content. But first you must add some operators on Toolkit -> Operator.
Operator list will appear, you can assigning them by clicking them, selected operator will be highlighted. Then you can click Update List to add them. You can remove operator by opening the list again then unselect them.
